Ingredients
- Rosina Angus meatballs - 20 oz
- artisan flatbread crust - 4 pieces
- garlic cloves, minced - 4 cloves
- red onion, thinly sliced - 1 cup
- marinara sauce - 2 cups
- olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Italian seasoning - 1 teaspoon
- mozzarella slices - 10 oz
- ricotta cheese - 4 oz
- fresh basil, sliced - 4 tablespoons
Instructions
- Bake or heat meatballs per package; slice into rounds.
- Sauté onion and garlic; assemble sauce, cheese, meatballs on flatbread.
- Bake at 425 °F for 8 mins; add ricotta and bake 2 mins more; top with basil.
