Ingredients

  • Rosina Angus meatballs - 20 oz
  • artisan flatbread crust - 4 pieces
  • garlic cloves, minced - 4 cloves
  • red onion, thinly sliced - 1 cup
  • marinara sauce - 2 cups
  • olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Italian seasoning - 1 teaspoon
  • mozzarella slices - 10 oz
  • ricotta cheese - 4 oz
  • fresh basil, sliced - 4 tablespoons

Instructions

  1. Bake or heat meatballs per package; slice into rounds.
  2. Sauté onion and garlic; assemble sauce, cheese, meatballs on flatbread.
  3. Bake at 425 °F for 8 mins; add ricotta and bake 2 mins more; top with basil.
