Ingredients
- Salmon Fillets - 4 pieces
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black Pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Onion - 1 medium, chopped
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Curry Powder - 1 tablespoon
- Heavy Cream - 1 cup
- Lemon Juice - 2 tablespoons
Instructions
- Season salmon fillets with salt and black pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Pan-fry the salmon until cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side.
- Remove salmon from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté onion until translucent. Add garlic and curry powder, cook for 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and lemon juice. Simmer until the sauce thickens.
- Return the salmon to the skillet, spoon sauce over the fillets, and heat through.
- Serve the salmon with the curry cream sauce drizzled on top.
