Ingredients

  • Salmon Fillets - 4 pieces
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black Pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Onion - 1 medium, chopped
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Curry Powder - 1 tablespoon
  • Heavy Cream - 1 cup
  • Lemon Juice - 2 tablespoons

Instructions

  1. Season salmon fillets with salt and black pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Pan-fry the salmon until cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side.
  3. Remove salmon from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, sauté onion until translucent. Add garlic and curry powder, cook for 1 minute.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and lemon juice. Simmer until the sauce thickens.
  6. Return the salmon to the skillet, spoon sauce over the fillets, and heat through.
  7. Serve the salmon with the curry cream sauce drizzled on top.
