- Part-skim ricotta cheese - 1 cup
- Vanilla yogurt - 1 cup
- Honey - 2 tablespoons
- Fresh blueberries - 1 1/3 cups
- Chopped toasted hazelnuts - 1/4 cup
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix ricotta and yogurt together until smooth.
- Layer the ricotta-yogurt mixture with honey, blueberries, and toasted hazelnuts in serving glasses.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used up.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
