Ingredients

  • Part-skim ricotta cheese - 1 cup
  • Vanilla yogurt - 1 cup
  • Honey - 2 tablespoons
  • Fresh blueberries - 1 1/3 cups
  • Chopped toasted hazelnuts - 1/4 cup

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix ricotta and yogurt together until smooth.
  2. Layer the ricotta-yogurt mixture with honey, blueberries, and toasted hazelnuts in serving glasses.
  3. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used up.
  4. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
