Ingredients
- Shrimp - 1 pound
- Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 3 cloves minced
- Orange Juice - 1/2 cup
- Lemon Juice - 2 tablespoons
- Lemon Zest - 1 tablespoon
- Red Pepper Flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black Pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Fresh Parsley - 2 tablespoons chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together orange juice, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
- Add shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2 minutes per side.
- Pour the citrus mixture over the shrimp and cook for an additional minute.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
