Ingredients

  • Shrimp - 1 pound
  • Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 3 cloves minced
  • Orange Juice - 1/2 cup
  • Lemon Juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Lemon Zest - 1 tablespoon
  • Red Pepper Flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black Pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Fresh Parsley - 2 tablespoons chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together orange juice, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
  3. Add shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2 minutes per side.
  4. Pour the citrus mixture over the shrimp and cook for an additional minute.
  5. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
