Ingredients

  • Reduced sodium soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Chive/onion cream cheese - 8 oz
  • Crab-flavored surimi (imitation crab) - 4 oz
  • Cooked medium shrimp, tails removed - 4 oz
  • Sliced fresh green onions - 3 tablespoons
  • Wonton wrappers - 24
  • Cooking spray -
  • Sweet chili sauce (optional for serving) - 1/2 cup
  • Aluminum foil -

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line baking sheet with foil. Place cream cheese in food processor bowl; pulse until smooth and softened. Add surimi, shrimp, and soy sauce; pulse until finely chopped. Stir in green onions.
  2. Arrange wontons on flat work surface and coat with spray. Place about 2 teaspoons seafood mixture in center of each wonton. Pinch corner to corner, forming triangles; arrange on baking sheet and coat with spray.
  3. Bake 7–8 minutes or until tops are golden and filling is 145°F. Serve with chili sauce for dipping.
