Ingredients
- Reduced sodium soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Chive/onion cream cheese - 8 oz
- Crab-flavored surimi (imitation crab) - 4 oz
- Cooked medium shrimp, tails removed - 4 oz
- Sliced fresh green onions - 3 tablespoons
- Wonton wrappers - 24
- Cooking spray -
- Sweet chili sauce (optional for serving) - 1/2 cup
- Aluminum foil -
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Line baking sheet with foil. Place cream cheese in food processor bowl; pulse until smooth and softened. Add surimi, shrimp, and soy sauce; pulse until finely chopped. Stir in green onions.
- Arrange wontons on flat work surface and coat with spray. Place about 2 teaspoons seafood mixture in center of each wonton. Pinch corner to corner, forming triangles; arrange on baking sheet and coat with spray.
- Bake 7–8 minutes or until tops are golden and filling is 145°F. Serve with chili sauce for dipping.
