Ingredients
- Shrimp - 1 pound
- Soy Sauce - 1/4 cup
- Honey - 1/4 cup
- Garlic - 2 cloves minced
- Gochujang (Korean chili paste) - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Rice Vinegar - 1 tablespoon
- Ginger - 1 teaspoon grated
- Green Onion - 2 chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, garlic, gochujang, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and ginger.
- Add the shrimp to the marinade, tossing to coat. Let sit for 10-15 minutes.
- Preheat the grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
- Thread the shrimp onto skewers.
- Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, until lightly charred and cooked through.
