Ingredients

  • Shrimp - 1 pound
  • Soy Sauce - 1/4 cup
  • Honey - 1/4 cup
  • Garlic - 2 cloves minced
  • Gochujang (Korean chili paste) - 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame Oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Rice Vinegar - 1 tablespoon
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon grated
  • Green Onion - 2 chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, garlic, gochujang, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and ginger.
  2. Add the shrimp to the marinade, tossing to coat. Let sit for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the shrimp onto skewers.
  5. Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, until lightly charred and cooked through.
  6. Serve the shrimp with chopped green onions on top.
