Ingredients

  • Shrimp - 1 pound
  • Lime Juice - 1/2 cup
  • Red Onion - 1 small, diced
  • Tomato - 1 diced
  • Cilantro - 1/4 cup, chopped
  • Jalapeño - 1 finely chopped
  • Salt - to taste
  • Pepper - to taste
  • Avocado - 1 sliced

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine shrimp and lime juice. Let it marinate for about 30 minutes until shrimp are opaque.
  2. Add red onion, tomato, cilantro, jalapeño, salt, and pepper to the shrimp.
  3. Mix well and adjust seasoning if necessary.
  4. Serve chilled, garnished with avocado slices.
