Ingredients

  • Spaghetti - 8 ounces
  • Broccoli florets - 2 cups
  • Carrot - 1 large julienned
  • Snap peas - 1/2 cup
  • Red bell pepper - 1 small julienned
  • Snow peas - 1/2 cup
  • Garlic - 2 cloves minced
  • Soy sauce - 1/4 cup
  • Chicken broth - 1/4 cup
  • Hoisin sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Cornstarch - 2 teaspoons

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package directions, adding the broccoli during the last 5 minutes of cooking; drain.
  2. In a large skillet, stir-fry the carrot, snap peas, red pepper, snow peas, and garlic in oil until crisp-tender.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk soy sauce, chicken broth, hoisin sauce, and cornstarch; add to the skillet.
  4. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened.
  5. Add spaghetti and broccoli to the skillet; toss to coat.
  6. Serve immediately.
