Ingredients
- Spaghetti - 8 ounces
- Broccoli florets - 2 cups
- Carrot - 1 large julienned
- Snap peas - 1/2 cup
- Red bell pepper - 1 small julienned
- Snow peas - 1/2 cup
- Garlic - 2 cloves minced
- Soy sauce - 1/4 cup
- Chicken broth - 1/4 cup
- Hoisin sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Cornstarch - 2 teaspoons
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti according to package directions, adding the broccoli during the last 5 minutes of cooking; drain.
- In a large skillet, stir-fry the carrot, snap peas, red pepper, snow peas, and garlic in oil until crisp-tender.
- In a small bowl, whisk soy sauce, chicken broth, hoisin sauce, and cornstarch; add to the skillet.
- Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened.
- Add spaghetti and broccoli to the skillet; toss to coat.
- Serve immediately.
